3. Services Offered
Skyline Travel offers the following tourism services:

Organization and sale of complete travel packages including at least two of the following services:
- Transportation (air, land, sea)
- Accommodation (hotels, resorts, apartments)
- Other tourism services (excursions, guided tours, transfers)
3.2 Individual Tourism Services
- Flight ticket booking
- Hotel and accommodation booking
- Car rental
- Travel insurance
- Visas and travel documents
3.3 Consulting Services
- Personalized travel consulting
- Custom itinerary planning
- Assistance before, during, and after travel

4.1 Booking Methods

4.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Receipt of written confirmation from Skyline Travel via email or WhatsApp
- Payment of deposit or full amount as required
- Receipt of all necessary documents (passports, visas, etc.)
4.3 Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure possession of:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months from return date)
- Required visas for planned destinations
- Mandatory vaccination certificates
- Adequate health insurance
Skyline Travel disclaims all responsibility for non-departure due to irregular documents.
5. Prices and Payments
5.1 Prices
All prices indicated on the site are:
- Expressed in Euros (€) unless otherwise indicated
- Inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Subject to change until final booking confirmation
- Indicative and may change due to:
- Fuel cost increases
- Exchange rate variations
- New government taxes or duties
- Provider tariff changes
5.2 Payment Methods
Skyline Travel accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Cash at office (within legal limits)
- PayPal (for selected services)
5.3 Payment Deadlines
- Deposit: 30% of total at booking
- Balance: minimum 30 days before departure
- Last-minute bookings: full immediate payment
5.4 Non-Payment
In case of non-payment by deadlines, Skyline Travel reserves the right to:
- Cancel the booking without notice
- Apply penalties as per contractual conditions
- Retain the deposit paid
6. Changes and Cancellations
6.1 Changes by Customer
Change requests must be communicated in writing. Changes are subject to:
- Availability of requested services
- Administrative costs (€50 per file)
- Any price differences
- Service provider penalties
6.2 Cancellations by Customer
Cancellation penalties are calculated based on days before departure:
- More than 60 days: 10% of total
- 59 to 30 days: 30% of total
- 29 to 15 days: 50% of total
- 14 to 7 days: 75% of total
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total
Penalties may vary based on provider-specific conditions.
6.3 Changes by Skyline Travel
Skyline Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel travel in case of:
- Failure to reach minimum number of participants
- Force majeure
- Extraordinary circumstances (weather events, strikes, health emergencies)
In case of cancellation by Skyline Travel, the customer will be entitled to full refund or equivalent alternative package.
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1 Skyline Travel Liability
Skyline Travel acts as intermediary between customer and tourism service providers. Liability is limited to:
- Correct organization and booking of requested services
- Providing accurate information at booking time
- Assistance in case of problems during travel
7.2 Liability Exclusions
Skyline Travel is not responsible for:
- Service provider defaults (airlines, hotels, etc.)
- Flight delays, cancellations, or changes
- Lost or damaged baggage
- Health problems or injuries during travel
- Theft or loss of documents and personal valuables
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, epidemics, strikes)
- Traveler unsuitability (irregular documents, missing vaccinations)
7.3 Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance covering:
- Medical and hospital expenses
- Medical repatriation
- Trip cancellation
- Baggage and personal effects
- Civil liability
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1 Complaint Procedure
Any complaints must be submitted:
- During travel: immediately to service provider and Skyline Travel
- After return: in writing within 10 business days to: complaints@skylinetravel.it
The complaint must include:
- Booking details
- Detailed problem description
- Photographic documentation (if available)
- Any communications with service providers
8.2 Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties commit to seeking amicable solution. If no agreement:
- Mandatory mediation is possible (Italian Legislative Decree 28/2010)
- Exclusive jurisdiction of Milan Court
- Application of Italian law
8.3 Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
